Allison Cease - President / Founder
With over 20 years of management experience - 10 years in construction and multi-family property management industries - Allison is well qualified to oversee construction and repair projects of all shapes, sizes, and scopes, from multi-million dollar siding and building envelope reconstructions, insurance claims and restorations, to minor leak investigations and repairs. Her specializations include construction defect cases, reconstruction management, and special assessment development for condominium associations, and design and management of residential remodels for individual homeowners and couples.

In addition to her construction management experience, Allison has 6 years experience as a homeowners association property manager, is a former certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers, and has served as an officer on several Homeowners Association boards of directors.
